It acts like a ‘gateway’ between your smartphone and your electronic appliances. The connection between your phone and the Beacon is connected by Bluetooth technology. While the connection between your TV and the Beacon is connected via Infra-red signals. It can transmit signals to your TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, amplifier, stereos and set top box using IR signals.
