Tweeter.com brags about their social networking speed in terms of spreading news around the globe. To show their fans that they really do, Twitter has released a short promotional video as a proof of concept. The man in the video reading something located somewhere in New York city was inform about an impending earthquake via Twitter. After reading the tweet, he picks up his mug before the quake hits his location.
Though the video might find some of you to be insensitive in nature, we should look into a broader picture that Twitter helps us a lot with the information that we received from our Twitter friends. Upon watching the video I really laugh at the coolness of the guy. His scowl face changes to a cool smile, maybe he knows the fact that the approaching earthquake is less destructive.
